Scope

These terms apply to the System 1 Build marketing site at s1build.com and to your use of it. They are published by Tradeforce Systems, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

They are not the terms of the System 1 Build application. Access to the application, authentication, and any subscription or service terms are governed by a separate agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of it.

No commercial commitment

Nothing on this site creates pricing, commercial plan terms, trial terms, pilot duration or service commitments. No price, plan tier, trial period, entitlement or service level is published anywhere on s1build.com, and nothing here should be read as offering one.

Marketing material published on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting a pricing request does not create a contract, does not reserve anything, and does not oblige either of us to enter into one. Any commercial relationship would be created only by a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You may read, use and share this site for ordinary business purposes.

You may not:

• use the site or its forms unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful;
• submit a pricing request in someone else's name, or supply details you have no right to supply;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its endpoints, or any system connected to it;
• interfere with the site's operation or availability, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, abuse controls or other security measures applied to it;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content from the site for use in a competing product, or otherwise reproduce it commercially without permission.

Access to the site may be limited or withdrawn where it is being used in a way described above.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, logos and product imagery — belongs to Tradeforce Systems, LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. The name System 1 Build and the marks shown on this site are not licensed to you by your use of the site.

You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not present its content as your own, or use its marks in a way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist.

Product imagery

The product views on this site are screenshots of the real System 1 Buildinterface, captured from a project created for demonstration. They show no customer's data.

Software changes. A screenshot shows the interface as it was when the image was captured, and is illustrative rather than a specification of what the application does today.

Site content is informational

This site describes a product. It is published for general information, and it is not professional, legal, financial, safety or construction advice. Decisions about your own projects, contracts and obligations remain yours, and you should not rely on this site in place of your own judgement or appropriate professional advice.

Descriptions of capability are written to describe the product in general terms. They are not a warranty that it will meet a particular requirement.

Service providers

This site is delivered through third-party infrastructure, and pricing requests are transmitted through a third-party email delivery provider. Those providers are identified in the Privacy page. They operate their own services under their own terms, and this site does not control their availability.

Availability and disclaimers

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy, and it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly stated here are excluded.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those sites are not controlled by Tradeforce Systems, LLC, and no responsibility is accepted for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeforce Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of this marketing site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability arising from the application, or from any commercial agreement, is governed by that agreement and not by this page.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this marketing site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to that use.

Application terms are separate

To restate the boundary, because it is the point most easily lost: access to the System 1 Build application, authentication, application data, support and any subscription commitment are governed by a separate agreement. Nothing on this marketing site grants access to the application or creates any entitlement to it.
