Field issues with owners and dates.
A field observation that lives in a memory or a camera roll is not a record. A punch or coordination issue with a type, an owner and a due date — moved through a real workflow — is one the whole team can act on.
Every issue carries its own context.
Each field issue holds a number, title, type, status, priority, area and location, a responsible company and assignee, a due date, the drawing it relates to and any photos attached to it. Issue types are project-configurable and include punch items, deficiencies and safety observations.

Moved through a real workflow, with a timeline.
Issues progress through an explicit open, in-progress, ready-for-review and closed workflow, and each keeps its own status timeline. Open, overdue and ready-for-review are filters over the register, not folders someone maintains — and open issues surface in the project's open-items queue.

Raised from the drawing it was found on.
An issue can be raised directly from a sheet in the viewer and pinned to the drawing revision it came from, and the pin renders back in the sheet. The location of a problem stops being a paragraph of description and becomes a point on the drawing.
Paired with the daily record.
Field issues sit beside daily logs and the project photo record, so what was observed, what was recorded that day and the images that show it stay on the same project. A question weeks later is answered from the record rather than reconstructed.

Field issue questions.
Can I run a punch list with it?
Yes. Punch items are one of the project-configurable field-issue types, so a punch list is field issues typed as punch items — with owners, due dates, photos and a status workflow.
Can I attach photos to an issue?
Yes. Photos attach to a field issue, and the project also keeps a separate photo record with albums and per-photo visibility.
Can an issue be assigned to a company?
Yes. Each issue carries a responsible company and an assignee alongside its due date, priority, area and location.
How do I see all the open issues at once?
The register filters by open, overdue and ready-for-review, and open field issues also surface in the project's cross-module open-items queue.
