Privacy
How this marketing site handles information, described as the site actually behaves.
What this page covers
This page describes the System 1 Build marketing site at s1build.com. It does not describe the System 1 Build application. Application access, authentication and application data are governed separately from this marketing site.
Who publishes this site
This site is published by Tradeforce Systems, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here.
No registered address, company number or telephone number is published on this site.
Making a privacy request
To ask about your information, or to exercise any of the rights described below, email privacy@buildwithtfs.com. This mailbox is monitored.
It helps to say what you are asking for and to write from the address you contacted us on, so the request can be matched to the right records.
The pricing request form below is a separate channel. It goes to the people who answer pricing questions, so please use the address above for a privacy request rather than the form.
How this site is delivered
The site is a static build served from Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Cloudflare acts as the edge and hosting provider, and processes the network information any web server necessarily receives in order to deliver a page — including your IP address — together with its own security and abuse-prevention processing. The pricing-request form endpoint is served by the same Worker.
Your privacy choice, and how it is stored
Your privacy choice is stored in this browser's own site-scoped storage under the key tf-consent:system1build. Three facts about that are worth stating plainly:
- It is not a cookie.
- It is never transmitted to a server.
- It is not shared with the System 1 Build application. Browser storage is scoped to one origin, so a choice made here does not travel to the application, and this site does not claim otherwise.
The stored record contains a site identifier, a policy version and the category decisions. It carries no timestamp and no expiry.
There is no time-based expiry. A decision persists until the policy version changes, until you withdraw it, or until this browser's storage is cleared. The current policy version is system1build-2026-08-launch-1.
A stored decision that is missing, unreadable, from another site, or recorded against a different policy version is never carried forward. In every one of those cases every optional category resolves to denied and you are asked again.
No decision recorded on the previous WordPress site has been migrated. Every visitor is asked afresh under this model.
What you can currently choose
Nothing optional, because nothing optional is running. Only necessary technologies are active on this site: delivering the pages, protecting the site from abuse, operating the pricing request form, and remembering this choice. There is no analytics, advertising, targeting or preference technology behind an optional category, so this site does not offer you a control over one.
The Your Privacy Choices control in the footer opens the preference interface, which states the same thing.
If an optional technology is ever introduced, it will be configured first, the category will be enabled in that same change, the policy version will be bumped, and every visitor — including anyone who has already made a choice here — will be asked again before it can operate.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics, advertising, targeting or measurement provider is configured in this site's code, and no page this site publishes loads one. There is no measurement ID, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no cross-context behavioural advertising.
Because no optional category is offered, a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser has nothing here to switch off — there is nothing optional running for it to disable.
The pricing request form
The pricing request form collects a name, a work email address, a company, a contractor type and a free-text description of what you are trying to improve. A phone number, a role, current tools and an optional tick box indicating that you would also like a product walkthrough are optional. The free-text field may contain project detail if you choose to type it.
The walkthrough tick box records a preference only. It does not book anything, and no scheduling system receives it.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through this form. It is a business enquiry channel and nothing on it asks for, or needs, anything of that kind.
A hidden field, a submission-timing control and a rate limit are applied to the endpoint to prevent automated abuse.
The submission-timing control uses a short-lived first-party cookie. It is a necessary security measure, not analytics or marketing, and these are the facts about it:
- It is set only on this page, only when live form delivery is configured, and it expires within 30 minutes.
- It contains a server-issued timestamp, a random value and a signature. It carries nothing you typed, no email address, no phone number and no advertising or measurement identifier.
- It is scoped to this host only, cannot be read by scripts, and is not sent to any other site — including the System 1 Build application.
- It exists to tell an automated submission apart from a person filling in a form. It is not used for any other purpose.
This is a different thing from your privacy choice above, which is not a cookie at all.
Why this information is handled
A pricing request is handled because you chose to send it and asked for a reply: the information is used to understand the enquiry, to answer it, and to follow up about it. It is not used to build a profile, it is not combined with data from anywhere else, and it is not used for automated decision-making.
Page delivery, security and abuse prevention are handled because a site cannot be served or protected without them.
Nothing on this site is sold, and nothing is shared for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who else receives it
Two service providers are involved, and no others:
- Cloudflare — hosting, edge delivery and abuse protection for this site.
- Resend — the proposed email delivery provider for pricing requests. Once live delivery is switched on, a submitted pricing request is transmitted through Resend to a private mailbox controlled by Tradeforce Systems, LLC, and the message then lives in that mailbox.
Both providers are United States companies operating global infrastructure, so information handled through this site may be processed in the United States and in other countries where their infrastructure operates.
Pricing requests are not passed to anyone else, and are not sold, rented or provided to a third party for their own marketing.
How long pricing requests are kept
A pricing request, and the correspondence that follows from it, is kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction about that enquiry, and is then deleted — unless one of the following applies:
- you have become a customer;
- there is an ongoing business relationship or an active prospective one; or
- a contract or a legal obligation requires it to be kept for longer.
This is a policy carried out by people, not by an automatic process. Nothing in this site's code deletes anything: pricing requests live in a mailbox, and the 12-month period is applied by the person responsible for handling them. This page does not claim an automatic deletion that does not exist.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information about you is held, to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it is handled, and to complain to a data-protection or privacy regulator.
Exercising a right will never be held against you, and this site does not offer any financial incentive in exchange for information.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@buildwithtfs.com.
Children
This site is a business-to-business marketing site for construction companies. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
The application boundary
Application access, authentication and application data are governed separately from this marketing site. There is no shared consent state between this site and the application, and no privacy choice made here travels to it. No link to the application is published on this site.
Changes to this page
If this page changes in a way that affects what you were asked to agree to, the consent policy version is changed in the same release, and every visitor is asked again — including anyone who has already made a choice. Smaller clarifications are made without re-asking.
